CHILESQUILES® started as a cooking sauce for the traditional dish evolving into a complete line of cooking sauces and salsas. They are all made in Texas, handcrafted in small batches with fresh, natural, and quality ingredients with the purpose of sharing the tradition of homemade cuisine. Our food products are artisanal, original, and always made with care bringing you authentic homemade recipes in every jar of cooking sauces, salsas and now corn tortilla chips.

Every step we take in making our line of cooking sauces, salsas, and corn tortilla chips is the very same steps we take for making our sauce at home. It takes time to prepare our CHILESQUILES® sauces every week, but we aim to have only the freshest product for every customer who visits the markets. Every week we cooked our sauces at our commercial kitchen in Tomball, TX. Our process is artisanal and homemade taste.

Most days, we cook at home as a way to enjoy the food and time with our family, but it also gives us a sense of identity. We believe the food we grow up with is a piece of who we are that gets enriched with the Texas culture we live in now. CHILESQUILES® is a line of cooking sauce and salsas from our home to your table.
